DIY | "call me" phone case

Handyhüllen kann man ja nie genug haben, finde ich. Vor allem gibt es sooo viele sooo wunderschöne Cases...

Als ich vor kurzem die "Call Me!"-iPhone-Hülle von Moschino (*klick*) gesehen habe, bin ich fast durchgedreht. Die ist ja megacool!

Aber erstens ist sie ausverkauft, zweitens nur für's iPhone und nicht für mein Sony und drittens ist das schon verdammt viel Geld für 'ne Handyhülle. Also hab ich das mal als Inspiration genommen und mein eigenes Case gemacht.

I love phone cases! When I saw the "Call Me!"-iPhone-Case by Moschino (*click*), I almost freaked out. This one is SO cool!

But: First, it's sold out, second, it's only for iPhone and not for my Sony and third, that's a hell lot of money for a phone case. So I used that one as a inspiration and did my own case.




Ihr braucht:

- eine schlichte, transparente Handyhülle (z.B. über amazon)

- Window Color Konturenfarbe

- Geschenkverpackungsfolie oder Bucheinbandfolie

- Papier

- Bleistift, Lineal, Schere, Nagelschere, Tesafilm, Zahnstocher


You need:

- a plain, transparent phone case (for example via amazon)

- window color (for the contours)

- some sort of transparent foil

- paper

- pencil, ruler, scissors, nail scissors, scotch tape, tooth picks







Als erstes malt ihr auf ein Blatt Papier eine Fläche in der Größe eurer Handyhülle (oder in der gewünschten Motivgröße).

Dann zeichnet ihr mit Bleistift die Buchstaben mithilfe eines Lineals vor.


First, use a pencil to draw the letters on a sheet of paper the size of your phone case.







Dann legt ihr die Folie über eure Vorlage und klebt alles mit ein paar Streifen Tesafilm auf der Unterlage fest, damit nichts verrutscht.

Malt nun mit der Window-Color-Konturenfarbe die Buchstaben auf der Folie nach.


Take a piece of foil, lay it over your template and fix it with some scotch tape.

Now use the window color to draw the letters on the foil.







Lasst alles gut trocknen, am besten über Nacht.

Dann könnt ihr kleine Patzer mit einem Zahnstocher entfernen und korrigieren.


Let everything dry overnight.

Now correct and remove little mistakes with a tooth pick.







Schneidet die Folie nun auf die Größe eurer Handyhülle zu und klebt sie mit der Farbe nach unten hinein (Also Folie/Window Color/Handyhülle). Die Farbe ist nun zwischen der Folie und der Hülle eingeschlossen, sodass nichts am Handy kleben bleibt.


Now cut the foil in the size of your phone case and stick it into the case. Now the color is locked in between the foil and the case so nothing will stick to your phone.







Zum Schluss schneidet ihr noch die Löcher für die Kamera und so mit einer Nagelschere in die Folie.


Finally, cut the holes for the camera and other stuff into the foil with some nail scissors.







Handy in die Hülle stecken und fertig!
