|DE| Endlich ist er da - der neue Film über James Bond, "Spectre", läuft seit gestern in den Kinos. Modisch gesehen ist der wahre Star des Films aber nicht der liebe James, sondern sein Bondgirl. Besonders das mintgrüne Abendkleid hat es mir angetan, deshalb zeige ich euch in diesem Post, wo es her ist und welche Teile mir dort sonst noch gefallen!

INSPIRATION | paperblanks® micro notebooks + GIVEAWAY

I actually wanted to post this almost a week ago, but I got sick and wasn't able to do pretty much anything...

Soooo, I am almost hyperventilating right here in front of my Computer, because I am such a notebook freak and I am obsessed with everything notebook related and today I am showing you two very adorable little notebooks!!! And the best part: There's a third one waiting for you to win it, yay! :))

I am just very obsessed with stationary and pens and therefore, I have a thing for notebooks. Yeah. Anyone else, or is it just me? ;)

So these two little cuties are from Paperblanks®, which is definitely one of my favourite notebook brands. I have seen so many of their beautiful products at local bookstores, but I never bought one because, let's face it, they're hella expensive. A few years ago, a friend got me one for my birthday and I loved using it as a journal. Call me weird, but to me, the paper of a notebook is VERY important. Paperblanks® notebooks have a very thick paper so the ink doesn't bleed through (I hate when that happens...).

As you can probably tell, I am super excited to show you two Paperblanks® micro notebooks today: The green "romantic sensibility" and the blue-ish "vintage vogue". Just look at the pictures and tell me they're not pretty! ;)

(They even have the typical little pocket in the back, it's so tiny and cute!)

The small size has two sides, though... On the one hand, they are very handy on the go (I NEVER have a bag that is big enough to fit my current journal in...). On the other hand, they're quite hard to flip open and stay open because they're so tiny.

Eigentlich wollte ich das hier schon vor einer Woche posten, aber ich war krank und bin zu überhaupt nichts gekommen...

Jedenfalls bin ich hier ganz hibbelig vor meinem Computer, weil ich ein unglaublicher Notizbuchsuchti bin und alles liebe, was mit Notizbüchern zu tun hat uuuund ich darf euch heute zwei wunderschöne Notizbücher vorstellen! Und das beste: Es gibt noch ein drittes, und das könnt ihr gewinnen!! :))

Jetzt haltet ihr mich ziemlich sicher für bescheuert, aber ich habe einfach ein klitzekleines Problem mit Schreibwaren, Stiften und Notizbücher. Das ist fast schlimmer als Kleider, ich kann nie genug davon haben! ;)

Diese beiden süßen Notizbücher sind von Paperblanks®. Das ist definitiv eine meiner Lieblingsnotizbuchmarken (Ja, da gibt es Unterschiede, haha!) und ich habe schon so oft wunderschöne Produkte von der Marke in Buchläden gesehen. Dooferweise habe ich mir noch nie eines gekauft, weil die Bücher, mal ehrlich, verdammt teuer sind. Es lohnt sich aber!! Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren von einer Freundin eines zum Geburtstag bekommen und ich habe es geliebt (nur war es eben irgendwann voll...). Haltet mich ruhig für verrückt, aber mir ist das Papier in einem Notizbuch sehr wichtig. Das von Paperblanks® ist sehr dick, sodass die Farbe nicht durchdrückt, das kann ich nämlich gar nicht leiden.

Wie ihr jetzt vielleicht gemerkt habt, freue ich mich total, euch diese beiden Mikronotizbücher zu zeigen: Das grüne "Romantische Sensibilität" und das blau-tönige "Vintage Vogue". Schaut euch einfach die Bilder an und sagt mir, dass die nicht wunderschön sind! ;)

Die kleine Größe hat allerdings zwei Seiten... Einerseits ist das superpraktisch für unterwegs, weil ich nie eine Tasche finde, die groß genug ist für mein aktuelles Notizbuch. Andererseits ist es ziemlich schwer, so ein winziges Notizbuch aufzuklappen, ohne dass es gleich wieder zuklappt...

INSPIRATION | life update and shenanigans

Hello lovely people out there! (German version below, yay!)

I figured it's just about time for some sort of an update...

1. SCHOOL and my life right now

As you may know, I am in my last year of school and it is exam time at the moment! Which means I have absolutely no time for blogging. The photos above pretty much depict my life right now: studying, studying, healthy/pretty snacks, a bit of running, did I mention studying?! (see my life in pictures on my instagram) I'm halfway through, though, I still have my English exam tomorrow (which is probably why I am writing a bit more formal today - you do not want any informal internet language in your exams hihi) and Latin on Wednesday, and that is going to be it.

2. amazing things coming soon <3

On the good side: I am super excited to get back to blogging on a regular basis!!! I have tons of ideas for you guys and I also have a SUPER amazing DIY series coming up and everything will be awesome and summer is going to be here and all. Yeah, I guess you can tell that I am looking forward to that. :-)


3. blogging in two languages and youtube?

Also, I am planning to invest a little more time into this blog and maybe start blogging in two languages again. Thoughts, anyone?

And I was wondering if maybe I should start making videos? Like, on youtube? (I do not even have an appropriate camera, but I was thinking, maybe I could steal borrow my sister's...) I figured that videos are advantageous for DIYs and stuff like that, so I would keep that blog as it is and upload the videos on youtube and embed them in the post on here. Would you like that? And what about the language? English should be ok, right? (There is NO way I am going to make bilingual videos, sorry not sorry. :D )

That's about it.

Hallo ihr lieben Leute da draußen!

Eeeeigentlich blogge ich ja ausschließlich auf Englisch, aber das hier ist mir echt wichtig und außerdem hält es mich gut vom Lernen ab, hihi.

Ich finde, es ist höchste Zeit für ein Update hier! Also:

1. Schule und überhaupt.

Wie ihr vielleicht wisst, stecke ich gerade mitten im Abitur. Auf den Bildern oben könnt ihe es sehen: Mein Leben besteht im Moment aus Lernen, Lernen, fotogenen Snacks, ein bisschen Joggen, und hab ich das Lernen schon erwähnt?! (einen guten Einblick bekommt ihr wohl bei instagram) Die erste Häfte der Abiprüfungen ist allerdings schon geschafft, morgen steht noch Englisch an und am Mittwoch Latein und dann ist das auch geschafft.

2. wunderbare Pläne <3

Ich freue mich so unglaublich darauf, nach dem Abi wieder regelmäßig zu bloggen! Ich habe sooo viele wunderbare Ideen für euch und außerdem eine supertolle DIY-Serie und das wird alles der Hammer und außerdem ist der Sommer bald da (und jetzt sollte ich mal wieder Luft holen). Ihr merkt wohl, dass ich mich schon unglaublich darauf freue. :-)

3. zweisprachig bloggen und Youtube?

Ich habe vor, in den kommenden Monaten etwas mehr Zeit in den Blog zu investieren. Vielleicht werde ich auch wieder anfangen, zweisprachig zu bloggen (also auf Englisch und Deutsch). Was haltet ihr davon? Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass manche von euch mit dem ganzen Englisch nicht so gut zurechtkamen und das will ich natürlich nicht! <3

Außerdem habe ich mir überlegt, ob ich Videos drehen sollte? Also, so bei Youtube? (Ich hab nicht einmal eine passende Kamera, aber vielleicht kann ich die von meiner Schwester klauen leihen?!) Videos sind für DIYs usw eben von Vorteil... Ich würde dann den Blog behalten, wie er ist, die Videos bei Youtube hochladen und hier in die Posts einbetten. Findet ihr das gut? Und wie wäre es mit der Sprache? (Ich werde nämlich KEINE zweisprachigen Videos machen, no way. :D )

First of all, I've been looking for a pretty infinity ring literally everywhere. Also, I seem to have very thin fingers. Most of the rings I bought fell of my finger whenever I moved my hand. Not cool. (This is why I started making my own rings in the first place.) The ring from amyzoey, however, actually fits my finger! Yay! They have different sizes and I chose the smallest one - it's perfect for my finger.

I've been wearing my infinity ring like 24/7 for the last few days and I definitely noticed the difference from my usual cheapish rings: The color remains the same, nothing chips off etc. I even washed my hands while wearing the ring (accidentally, um...) which didn't matter either.

The only bad thing about it is that the rose gold doesn't match most of my other jewelry and accessories. I gotta figure out what I'll do about that...

Hey guys! :)

I know it's already sunday, but I still wanted to show you some pictures of my radio experience on thursday!
As you probably know, I was invited to take part in a radio show and talk about blogging and stuff like that. For those of you that couldn't listen, here you go:

It's German, so if you live somewhere else, you certainly won't understand a word. I'm sorry. You can take a look at the pictures above instead haha. ;-)

I had a lot of fun being on the show, even though no one actually called (The only calls were from some friends of mine who wanted to be super funny and play as sb else. Too bad we answered the call during the music and I recognized their voice.)

Being a radio host would definitely be a cool job! I'm planning to be a journalist anyway. Also, radio is a part of journalism, so let's see where the path of life will lead me. ;-)

The weather here is beyond perfect for March, so after a short morning run, I studied outside today. My final exams are starting in 10 days (omg) so I'm pretty much studying 24/7. Hopefully, I will find some time to blog next week, though. Just don't worry if I'm not posting for a sort of long time - you'll find me buried under my textbooks.

Hey Ihr!

Heute mache ich einmal eine Ausnahme und schreibe auf Deutsch, denn das hier ist wohl nur für Leute von hier interessant... ;)

FASHION | current obsession: black

Hey guys :)

I know you haven't heard from me in quite some time. Today though I am showing you something that has been going on all winter now: my current obsession for black.

Actually, I've never worn that much black, so I don't really know what exactly changed my mind haha.

Almost everything I bought this winter is black. These are some of my favorite pieces right now: A black leather jacket from Only, my all-time-favorite black velvet dress, black boots, a little vintage bag, and of course black nail polish.


Also, I have some IMPORTANT NEWS!

Hey guys,
I am not going to show you my favourite looks from the Oscars or the "best dressed" or whatsoever, because a) you can have that everywhere on the Internet and b) it's a matter of taste and tastes differ. ;)
So, instead, I am going to show you how to style some looks from the Oscars red carpet!

To be honest, I didn't even watch it on TV. There are times when you have to set priorities and mine was sleep, actually. ;-) And to be honest once more, I'm a lot more interested in the fashion than the movies... What about you?
